The Good Affair (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through thegoodaffair.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your names, email address, phone number (if provided), wedding date, venue or location, guest numbers, the services you’re interested in and anything you tell us about your plans. Our website host, WordPress.com, also collects standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and uses cookies to keep the site running and measure visits.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, plan and coordinate your wedding if you book with us, and communicate with you about your booking. If you book with us, we will share relevant details with your chosen suppliers (for example your date, venue and timings) so they can deliver their services. We do not sell your personal information.

How we store and protect it

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and stored by our website provider. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing brig@thegoodaffair.com. If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
