The Good Introduction.

Good weddings don’t happen by accident.

The best celebrations feel effortless. The kind where everything falls into place, the room feels just right, the dance floor fills up, and every detail feels like it belongs.

Behind that feeling? A whole lot of thought, planning and a healthy appreciation for the details.

The Good Affair is a wedding planning and coordination studio for couples who want something a little different. We bring creative vision and considered organisation together to create celebrations that feel personal, intentional and entirely your own.

Because your wedding should feel like you, only with a really good party.

Never just another wedding.

We don’t believe in weddings that follow a formula. We believe in the ones that make you feel something.

The dinner party that turns into a dance party. The unexpected colour palette that somehow makes perfect sense. The obscure little reference that only your closest friends understand. The thoughtful detail that nobody asked for but everybody remembers.

We’re here for the ideas that might not fit neatly inside the traditional wedding box. And we’re here for the practicalities that make those ideas possible.

The Method

Good Taste. Good People. Good Planning.

PERSONAL, NEVER PRESCRIBED
Your wedding doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. We start with your story, your ideas and the things that matter to you, building a celebration around what makes your relationship yours.
No copy-and-paste concepts. No traditions for tradition’s sake. Just thoughtful decisions that make sense for you.

CREATIVE BY NATURE
We love a considered detail, an unexpected idea and a visual thread that carries from the first impression to the last dance.
From the overarching aesthetic to the finer finishing touches, we look at how everything works together to create an experience that feels distinctive, cohesive and memorable.

Brigitte, founder of The Good Affair

Hi, I’m Brigitte.

I’m a creative at heart, a planner by instinct, and someone who has always believed that the details make the difference.

My background is in creative content, brand storytelling and bringing ideas to life. I’ve spent years thinking about how things look, how they feel, and what makes an experience resonate with the people it’s designed for.

It’s that same thinking I bring to wedding planning.

I’m interested in the bigger picture just as much as the little things. The atmosphere of a room, the way a colour palette comes together, the suppliers who understand the assignment, and the logistics that make everything feel seamless on the day.

I love a plan. I love a good idea. And I especially love seeing the two come together.

The Good Affair is where those things meet: a space to create celebrations with personality, intention and a little bit of the unexpected.

I’m here to help you dream up something wonderful, work out how to make it happen, and take care of the details along the way.

Your Sign

You bring the ideas. We’ll work out the rest.

We want the planning process to feel just as considered as the celebration itself.

That means asking the right questions, listening to what matters to you, helping you navigate the decisions, and bringing a clear point of view to the process.

It means being honest about the budget, thoughtful about the suppliers we recommend, and organised enough that nothing important gets lost in the excitement.

Most importantly, it means creating space for you to enjoy being engaged without feeling like you’ve accidentally taken on a second job.

We’ll bring the spreadsheets, timelines, creative thinking and calm head.

You bring yourselves.

Sounds like a good place to start.

Tell Us What You’re Dreaming Up.

Whether you have a fully formed vision or a collection of ideas that don’t quite make sense yet, we’d love to hear about it.

The big plans, the small details, the unconventional ideas and everything in between. Let’s talk about what your wedding could look like.
